There are some things that are often missed in a life, so that the result of bad habits will come with our health. This can happen only because the habits of life that is not regular. Habits are, among others, skip breakfast, drink water or less white, less movement etc.

According to Pete Cohen, psychologists and physical trainers, that no man was born with bad habits. This habit learned when growing up. The most suitable way to get rid of bad habits is to replace it with a better habit. According to some research, the repetition is required 20 - to 30 times and then become new habits.

What is it?, It seems easy, but how can everyone think it’s hard?, Because we are already living in a bad environment, and it affects our health
There are a few tips, on how to appreciate life a living in a healthy life, that is:
1. Drinking enough water a day
Why? the human body will not give a signal to the body’s hunger until dehydration, so we need to take care of our body’s fluids our self
Why water? because two-thirds of our bodies consist of water, the water is the most important element for the body. Every day we lose 1.5 liters of water through the skin, lungs, and kidneys (as urine). So that lost must be replaced with a sufficient amount, so the body will be protected from fatigue, headaches, dull skin and bad mood.
2. Breakfast every day
Why? The reason for that is often heard as because it is not enough time for breakfast.
Why breakfast? If the breakfast missed it will affect work productivity. So,’ listen' to your body by having a healthy breakfast regularly every day. Breakfast is a healthy snack such as adequate nutrition, or a glass of milk or fruit juice prepared breakfast food which hs rich nutrition and low fat.

3. A nutritious lunch
Why? Because ,the excess of carbohydrate normally frequent during lunch, or consume less food that contains protein as the source of energy.
Why should nutritious? usually Snack-ing with high-calorie foods will be the main choice when hunger attacks, some (not too good) snacks such as chocolate, crackers or biscuits, which contain much fat, sugar and salt.
So, choosing a nutritious lunch is a wise way to overcome hunger. One of the wise way to take care of hunger according to Dr,Wendy Doyle is to increasethe portion of a healthy food, a piece of fruit or a glass of yoghurt

Tips for Fast Internet Connection in Win XP and Vista

Did you know that Windows limiting our bandwidth to 20%? To take back our bandwidth and faster connection to do the following:

1. Click start, run then type "gpedit.msc" (no quotes used).
2. In the computer configuration - administrative templates - click Network.
3. Click the Qos packet scheduler - Double Click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth.
4. Click Enabled reservable bandwidth and change settingannya to 0 (zero)% out of Click Apply and click OK. Restart your Computer.

But all of that also depends on the speed of your connection. Tips can speed connection if you use the OS Windows XP and Vista.

Increasing Bandwidth Through Mozilla Firefox

There are many ways to outsmart the slow internet connection on your computer, especially if you use your internet access in the "public place" which have limited bandwidth capacity for it's access point. Here are some tips and tricks that you can try to faster the connectionxD:

1). Open Mozilla Firefox Browser
2). In the Address Bar, type: ABOUT: Config
preview:
NETWORK.HTTP.PIPELINING FALSE ==> right click and select "Toggle"
NETWORK.HTTP.PIPELINING TRUE
NETWORK.HTTP.PIPELINING.MAXREQUESTS (from 0 change to 64 )
NETWORK.HTTP.PROXY.PIPELINING TRUE
NETWORK.PROXY.SHARE_PROXY_SETTINGS FALSE <=== This must be False
make sure all of the string there look exactly like above,then:
4). make a new string: Click anywhere once, Right Click-New>> Integer
5). Type: nglayout.initialpaint.delay then rate 0
6). Then refresh or press F5
7). In the Address Bar type: ABOUT: BLANK
Click Menu:
For Windows XP OS tools>> OPTIONS>> WEB FEATURES
For Linux (Vector) OS EDIT>> Preferences
Settings in a few different OS EDIT>> ADVANCED
9). on Option menu :
Allow WEB SITES TO INSTALL SOFTWARE mark Check Box To enable
10). Then Press OK Then refresh (F5)
11). go to:
https: / / addons.mozilla.org / extensions / moreinfo.php? applicationfiltered = firefox & id = 125
or:
https: / / addons.mozilla.org / extensions / moreinfo.php? id = 125 & applicationfiltered = firefox
12). Download Software SwitchProxy Tool Version
13). AfterFinish Do not Press UPDATE
14). Click the Sign X (close) Existing On Top Right Corner from the POP UP Window Appears
15). Close All Browsers Mozilla FireFox,
16). Then open again to Enabling Software SwitchProxy Tool Versi 1.3.4 which you have installed before
17). If Installation Success, a Toolbar will Appears Under Additional Navigation Toolbar & Address Bar.

Now you ready to Surf the Web!enjoy

-SwitchProxy Tool Version 1.3.4 is an addition to Changing Proxy Automatically in Mozilla FireFox Browser, its engine also had an influence on Internet Connection Speed
- this will be very effective on a public access point like internet cafe etc
